This team will consist of university faculty and graduate students in Computer Science who are conducting research on how best to provide computerized approaches to understanding, utilizing, and evaluating climate services for resource managers in the West, especially focusing on federal lands. They will develop and empirically evaluate artificial intelligence (AI) methodologies that integrate models, databases, and human computer interfaces that bridge the gap between climate sciences and its application to natural resource management.
