Human Dimensions

The human dimension component of the team will be led by an individual with expertise in identifying the specific needs of the audience and user community to help bridge the gap between research and development, and on-the-ground implementation of a specific tool. To achieve this, the team will delineate what decisions are being made by resource managers at the field level and how additional climate assessments, variability, predictions, and an understanding of landscape effects due to climate change will contribute to more effective implementation of conservation measures on the landscape.
